Meet Dominic Fortuna
Dominic Fortuna is our Vice-President of Quality Assurance and is committed to ensuring Pusateri’s upholds its Gold Standard promise in all aspects of its business.
Prior to joining Pusateri’s in October 2011, Dominic was the Acting Health Protection Manager for Regional Municipality of York, Community and Health Services Department in the Food Safety program.
Before that, Dominic spent three years as a Team Lead in Continuous Quality Assurance program at the Region.
As a Public Health Inspector, he has been involved in a number of public health programs including, safe water, rabies and tobacco control.
Dominic’s enforcement background comes from training with the Municipal Law Enforcement Association and Ministry of Natural Resources as a Deputy Conservation Officer.
His experience and training is regularly called upon by his peers in providing investigative strategies in complex cases. He has been involved and participated in many high profile investigations, including the Raw Milk investigation in 2003.
Dominic’s mission at Pusateri’s is to identify ways in which we can set a new standard in quality assurance and an overall dedication to excellence in everything we do.
